Kids Club Supervisor

Looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who love to work with kids and would be good in a supervisory role.  Looking for individuals who are able to work part-time nights and weekends as part of the supervisory team.  Great leadership position for college students or anyone who enjoys working with children and being a leader of a great team.

Responsibilities include:

● Club Policy and Procedures – Uphold and model the policies and procedures of the Princeton Club and the Kids Club department at all times. Redirect staff as needed, staff positioning and safety of children, send staff home when slow.
● Staffing – Be open to staff questions and support them in creating a positive environment for children. Help with interviews and training of new staff.
● Member Communication – Be open and help members with questions and concerns. Follow up with the Director and/or member in a timely manner (24 hours).
● Communication with the Director – Keep the Director of department updated at all times of any changes, staffing issues, and member concerns.
● Availability – Be flexible and available when the Director of the department is unavailable.
● Shift Schedules – Maintain and keep current and accurate shift schedules.
● Sling Messenger – Communicate and update shift schedules in Sling in a timely manner. Help staff with coverage of shifts and maintain messages and shifts.
● Kids Club Activities & Events – Assist in planning night and weekend general activities in Kids Club as well as implementing Kids Club special events.
