Jacquie has been with the Princeton Club as a Fitness Instructor since 2018. She has experience teaching Kickboxing, Define, FIT, HIIT, PiY0, Glue & Core and many types of Bootcamps, including Family Bootcamp and Children’s Summer Bootcamp. She furthered her career into Personal Training in 2018 as well joining the Princeton Club Personal Training Team in 2020. She loves music and incorporates that love in all of her classes. Jacquie was a competitive dancer all through high school where she earned 1st Team All Conference honors. She also did some coaching at the high school level after she graduated. Jacquie went through her own personal journey of not taking care of herself for years, which led to a huge weight gain. She took her fitness and health into her own hands and lost 50 plus pounds on her own! Through her journey to a better lifestyle, she found that she wanted to change her career path to health and fitness and this new career is something she is forever passionate about. Jacquie wants to help people understand that healthy living and working out is important for your mental health as well as your physical health. She enjoys working with Prenatal clients, including before, during and after pregnancy. Overall, Jacquie loves to get people excited about fitness and trying new techniques, so you never get bored!
