In 2019 Kayla became a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist and began optimizing her clients fitness, and performance, around the common presence of pain; dysfunction; and injuries. Her main goal is to enhance one’s lifestyle, through mastering basic functional movements, to improve overall strength and endurance. Kayla’s focus on teaching proper movement patterns and eliminating any postural distortions helps ensure each client’s optimal performance, both IN and OUT of the gym! Since most people have imbalances, within their musculoskeletal structure, she makes it her job to be mindful and identify those imbalances with initial assessments and movement screening. Once assessed, she helps clients correct these issues before they lead to pain, discomfort, or even injury.
Kayla’s passion for helping others of any age, or starting point, really emerges in the fitness world as she is able to help others break-through barriers with her experience and expertise. It is her mission for all clients to achieve their ideal health and wellness while accomplishing their fitness goals. She brings great energy; enthusiasm; and a positive attitude to the fitness realm.
