Megan began her athletic journey in elementary school playing basketball and running cross country.  She went on to high school where she participated in basketball, volleyball and track and field.  In 2007, she received the Army National Guard Female Athlete of the Year award.  Megan continued onto college where she was recruited to UW-Whitewater for Track and Field.  She also participated in intramural basketball and volleyball there.  Megan has taken her love for sports and pursued coaching and has been coaching track and field at Waukesha South High School since 2015 and been a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2018.  Her love for sports and conditioning led her into her career as a Personal Trainer as well.  Megan annually continues to participate in events such as the Tough Mudder, Fight for Air Climb and various 5k races.  She enjoys getting clients involved in these as well.   Megan is always eager to learn more and pursue various certifications.  She enjoys sharing her passion and helping to change her clients lives.
