Zack has been teaching multiple formats at the Princeton Club since 2011 including Spin, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Strength, Fitness Interval Training, TRX and Core classes. Yoga has been a key component of Zack’s overall health, fitness and wellness. He teaches several yoga formats including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Power Yoga and Natural Movement. He believes through a yoga practice the mind, body, heart and soul are given a complete workout, resulting in an overall picture of health and wellness. When leaving a class or training session, the student/client is recharged, refreshed and revitalized and ready to once again enter the world and give freely of themselves to others.
