TRAINING

Group Training Classes are led by our Personal Trainers with small groups (usually up to 10 people). Benefits include superior designed classes with the expertise, education, and motivation of our Trainers. Meet new members and friends and stay on track with the most effective workouts. The value of the investment is incredible with sessions just $10-$20/class.

Most people who join Group Training keep enrolling because they enjoy the classes so much. With our convenient Auto-Enroll option, you don’t have to worry about registering for the class each time. Auto-enroll is easy to start, easy to end if you wish, and is available for all Group Training classes.

Group Training Sessions are typically 6-8 week sessions and are always prepaid.  See Group Training Policies for all details on policies with registration.

BURN & FIRM

Need to get whipped into shape? Get off the treadmill and get into the studio where Senior Personal Trainer Karen Bast will use variations of exercise with the scientifically designed Free Motion equipment which allows you to burn more calories in less time – perfect! The results are phenomenal and the class is good for all levels.

IRON INTERVAL

You’ve got one hour; you want strength, you want cardio, you want it all. And now you can have it in this new class that will integrate bouts of strength training work and bouts of cardio. Keep your heart rate going, keep the strength building, and keep the fat OFF! We are all short on time so make the most of the hour with a powerful and effective workout. Class utilizes all different types of cardio equipment and strength equipment.

TRX

 With Trainers Jeremy Petfalski & Ariana Hagemann

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise allow users to self-adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels by making small changes in foot, hand or body position; this capability empowers participants to continue with training, even when fatigue sets in. This versatility makes the TRX attractive to so many users, including elite athletes in every major sports league, all branches of the military, and fitness enthusiasts at all levels.  We have reserved an area exclusively for TRX small training groups. Located in the southwest corner of the basketball courts, this area will be utilized in small group training for up to 8 people at a time.

BOOT CAMP

If you would like to burn fat up to 9 times faster than traditional cardio, then this is the class for you! Boot Camp includes strength intervals for a powerful and challenging workout for your body.  Jeremy’s classes have taken the club by storm so don’t miss out on the chance to get into this class at the prime time of the club in a small group setting. Jeremy will track your progress through the class with measurements and weights and the smaller group allows him to get to know you and your level of fitness better. Jeremy specializes in working with youth specifically to improve their performance either in the off season of sports or just general fitness.  Work on strength, endurance, speed and agility using equipment such as agility ladders, battle ropes, bands, dumbbells, cable machines, plyo boxes and so much more! REGISTRATION

Members can register for Group Training either at the Front Desk  or conveniently on our MEMBER PORTAL

Group Training Policies

  • Classes are always prepaid and cannot be prorated due to missed classes for any reason.
  • All group training sales are final after the Registration Deadline.  No refunds will be given after the Registration Deadline.
  • Credits will only be issued if the participant is unable to participate due to an injury or illness and a doctor’s note is submitted within 2 weeks of when the injury/illness occurred. The credit will be put onto the member’s account to be used towards a future group training or personal training session(s).
  • All group training sessions must have a minimum number of participants to run. If there are not enough participants, a refund will be issued.
  • Payment can be made at the Front Desk or online at Member Login. Member Login must be activated before you can use.
  • Auto-Enroll is available for all group training classes. Members will automatically be enrolled into consecutive group training sessions of their choice. (Registration form must be filled out). Payment will be auto-charged to the member’s account on the 1st of the month prior to the start date of each session. Cancellation can take place at anytime by contacting Personal Training Director Erin Frantz in writing at efrantz@princetonclub.net.  Payment will be discontinued after the current session is completed.
  • Group Training rate change effective classes starting on or after January 1, 2019.  With the auto-enroll option, members can save up to 20%. See individual classes for specific pricing.

  • I joined about four months ago for two years to start. I had used the facility about three years ago for physical therapy with UW so I knew what to expect. Three times a week I go to swim classes in the early mornings, do my physical therapy in the resistance pool ahead of time and enjoy the whirlpool after my classes. When the weather cools down I will add some walking and perhaps a yoga class to my schedule. I like meeting new friends and knowing that every time I go there will be friendly faces to greet me and EXCELLENT trainers leading my classes.
