Health and fitness goals need to be a combination of regular and effective exercise as well as good nutrition. 80% of your success with weight loss and weight management comes from what you eat. We offer FREE nutrition topic sessions as well as the option for personal nutrition sessions to help members with their individual goals with our Dietitian Kelly Drew. FREE NUTRITION TOPIC SESSIONS
Each month we offer our Nutrition Topic Sessions which are free for our members. All topic sessions are held in the Community Room. Sign up is not required, simply show up and be ready to learn! See below for dates and times.

PERSONAL NUTRITION SESSIONS
Individual Personal Sessions are available to specifically help an individual with their personal goals when it comes to Nutrition. Some examples of who needs Nutritional Support:
- Individuals with weight loss goals (Goal setting, how to stay accountable, how to keep food portions in control, how to battle emotional eating, shopping, restaurants, party tips)
- Individuals wanting a healthier lifestyle (How to put together balanced meals, food for disease prevention, importance of minerals and vitamins, importance of fiber)
- Families (How to plan meals for busy lifestyles, how to teach your children to eat well)
- Individuals wanting better performance (Now nutrition affects your workout goals with vitamins, minerals and supplementation)
- Pregnant women (How nutrition affects you and your baby, how to gain the proper amount of weight)
- Individuals with Diabetes (Controlling diabetes)

Kelly Drew
Kelly is a Dietetics Major with a Bachelor of Science from Mount Mary University. She became interested in dietetics when she learned she could positively impact someone’s overall wellness as well as their physical performance through nutrition. Outside of the gym, Kelly works in a hospital setting; she assists patients with managing and preventing a variety of chronic diseases, and guides individuals through bariatric treatment as well as a non-surgical weight management program. She works with menu development, conducts personal care plans and counsels clients on lifestyle changes. Kelly stays abreast of the latest research by meeting continuing education requirements to maintain her credentials. She has come to the Princeton Club to lend her knowledge to our members in need of food and lifestyle changes. In addition to being a Registered and Certified Dietitian, Kelly has a passion for martial arts with a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do! She is AFAA certified in Group Exercise and Kickboxing, and has completed several runs including Tough Mudder. Kelly is driven to live a healthy life for herself, and is inspired by her husband and her daughter. It is her dream to assist others in achieving health outcomes by emphasizing the partnership that is nutrition and physical activity.
