Kelly is a Dietetics Major with a Bachelor of Science from Mount Mary University. She became interested in dietetics when she learned she could positively impact someone’s overall wellness as well as their physical performance through nutrition. Outside of the gym, Kelly works in a hospital setting; she assists patients with managing and preventing a variety of chronic diseases, and guides individuals through bariatric treatment as well as a non-surgical weight management program. She works with menu development, conducts personal care plans and counsels clients on lifestyle changes. Kelly stays abreast of the latest research by meeting continuing education requirements to maintain her credentials. She has come to the Princeton Club to lend her knowledge to our members in need of food and lifestyle changes. In addition to being a Registered and Certified Dietitian, Kelly has a passion for martial arts with a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do! She is AFAA certified in Group Exercise and Kickboxing, and has completed several runs including Tough Mudder. Kelly is driven to live a healthy life for herself, and is inspired by her husband and her daughter. It is her dream to assist others in achieving health outcomes by emphasizing the partnership that is nutrition and physical activity.
