Beginner Level
Introduction to tennis. Players who have never played or are just getting back after a long layoff. All basic skills and fundamentals will be taught.

This is a fast-paced learning experience with each session to highlight new shots as well as the continued improvement of your existing shots. Competitive and strategic game situations will be introduced.

Adult lessons are also available with a specific Tennis Pro. At least three (3) people need to be registered to run a group lesson. Group times can be added depending on member interest.

Join the fun and get fit. Swing away the pounds and crush your stress away. The drills are fast-paced and keep your feet movin’ and heart pumpin’. Due to the intense nature of Cardio Tennis, the minimum amount of participants per group is 4.
