Looking for organized, active, outgoing counselors to lead a group of campers (ages 5-12) in fun summer activities! Responsibilities include : creating daily plans including theme related games and activities, ensuring a safe environment, and adhering to camp and company policies and procedures. Princeton Club Summer Camp 2026 dates : June 15th – August 28th, Monday – Fridays, hours vary 7am – 6pm, 30-35 hrs / week
Requirements : Must be 18 years old by June 1st, available for training June 8th – 12th in the evenings
CPR/First Aid certified – if not currently certified, onsite certification class provided

Responsibilities include: Superior friendliness and customer service at the front desk and member management of all areas, answering member inquiries, attending to members in facility to ensure policy compliance in a friendly manner. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Looking for individuals that work well independently, exhibit leadership and supervisory skills. Would assist the Director in 2nd shift supervision of the staff in various functions.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
This is a part-time position in which the applicant would be required to work 3-4 weeknights and at least one shift per weekend (to be determined upon interview).

Looking for a Personal Trainer who is personable and driven to help work with clients to meet their goals and needs for their fitness journey. May work one-on-one or in small group settings. You must have a flexible schedule with some evening hours available between the hours of 4pm and 8pm, some mornings starting at 5am and Saturdays. JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Personal Trainer will work under the Fitness Director. The Personal Trainer will assess clients and provide an appropriate and safe exercise program to fit their individual needs. They also need to meet appropriate revenue goals per month. May also teach small group to large group classes. Customer service is a top priority. Lifeguard position is responsible for the aquatics facility safety and rule enforcement. Working at Princeton Club- New Berlin has great benefits such as working for an Award Winning facility, joining a great team, and a FREE membership to the facility. Upward mobility is possible with experience.

Looking for people with an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail to work various shifts. All positions are part-time with very flexible scheduling. Some include vacuuming, mopping, and similar cleaning duties around the Club, while others for light cleaning and towel service, or mid-day locker room cleaning.
Openings for female and male workers towels/cleaners part-time 1st and 2nd shifts / weekdays and weekends.
Must be 17 years of age or older.

Sandwich Artist:
Responsibilities include: Superior friendliness and customer service at the in Subway, attend to customer orders, have excellent cleaning skills. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. 16 years of age or older. Free membership with qualified hours, employee meals, compensation + tips.
Subway & Bar Night Lead Position:
Responsibilities include: Superior friendliness and customer service at the in Subway, attend to customer orders, have excellent cleaning skills. Includes all Subway responsibilities as well as serving at our Indoor Bar (smoothie and alcohol bar). Would include closing and supervisory roles. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment plus have leadership skills. 18 years of age or older and must secure bartending license. Must be available 2-4 weeknights/week (closing approx. 9-10 pm). Free membership with qualified hours, employee meals, compensation + tips. Very positive and fun environment.
