People join the Princeton Club with a variety of goals and our Personal Training Staff is here and ready to help you achieve! Our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and educated with nationally recognized certifications. In addition, we offer an array of solutions for people to get to their goals.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Each new member receives 2 complimentary personal training sessions (value $150). Through these sessions you will:
- Discover your current fitness level
- Consult with a Professional Certified Personal Trainer on how to achieve your goals through nutrition, strength and cardiovascular exercise.
- Receive a workout plan tailored to your needs
Avoid plateaus! Re-assessments to measure effectiveness of your workout plan may be done every 6 months or purchase a 1 Hour Training Session for a newly designed plan.
