PERSONAL TRAINING STAFF
Let our educated and motivating trainers take you to the next level with your fitness goals. Our trainers have helped thousands of our members to lose weight, build strength, recover from injury, train for sports, functionally train and more. There are many different options to incorporate training into your fitness routine from personal training to team training to group training. Our Trainers are categorized as Master Trainers, Senior Trainers, and Professional Trainers based on their education, certifications, years of experience training, and years at the Princeton Club. However, every person’s needs are different so we help you find the best trainer for your goals and also who will fit you best personality and style wise.
Each new member receives 2 complimentary sessions with a Personal Trainer that include a evaluation and goal setting meeting followed up by a workout with the Trainer specially designed for you.
