
Jacquie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. After having kids and going through her own health journey of losing over 50lbs she fell in love with everything health and fitness. She knows the physical and mental benefits of exercise and strives to help others experience the same. Jacquie loves to teach functional strength training classes as well as working with women for pre and post-pregnancy workouts. In her free time, she enjoys hiking outside and spends almost every weekend watching her girls play volleyball and basketball.
