Luke Drumel

Senior Personal Trainer

With experience in the fitness industry since 2015, Luke brings a results-driven and well-rounded approach to Personal Training. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Health Performance and Recreation with a minor in Health Promotion from UW–Whitewater, and is NASM-certified as a Personal Trainer and Stretch and Flexibility Coach. Luke is currently pursuing his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.

Luke has worked with a wide range of clients, including our local first responders since 2019, and he is passionate about helping both general population clients and athletes achieve sustainable results. Luke’s focus is on improving quality of life through movement—emphasizing mobility, balance, corrective exercise, and functional strength.

Specializing in weight training, functional training, HIIT, TRX, and kettlebells, Luke will create efficient, personalized programs designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
