Superior Designed Fitness Contest

The Transformation Challenge (formally known as The Biggest Loser) is a 12 week weight-loss contest designed to help you lose weight, gain muscle and learn healthy habits to follow for a healthier and happier life!

The Princeton Club has run this program since 2007 and has helped thousands of people lose weight and keep it off.  

The program runs twice a year; Summer Session (May – July) and Winter Session (November – January). 

There are 4 options to choose from for this contest.

The Solo Challenger:  Just you and the Challenge!  Sign up to be in the contest and a chance to win the grand prizes!

The Team Challenger:  Sign up to join a Trainer-led team and participate in one workout class per week with your team as well as in the team challenges! This is the most popular option!

Elite Coaching Individuals or Pairs:  Sign up for the contest and work with a Trainer one on one OR join with a friend! Contact Erin at efaught@princetonclub.net for this option!

Group Team Classes are led by our Personal Trainers with small groups (usually 6-15 people). Benefits include superior designed classes with the expertise, education, and motivation of our Trainers. Meet new members and friends and stay on track with the most effective workouts and challenges. The value of the investment is incredible with sessions just around $20/class.

Most people who join the Team Challenge keep motivated and find success from having accountability from both their Trainer and their team!

  • Classes are always prepaid and cannot be prorated due to missed classes for any reason.
  • All group training sales are final after the Registration Deadline.  No refunds will be given after the Registration Deadline.
  • Credits will only be issued if the participant is unable to participate due to an injury or illness and a doctor’s note is submitted within 2 weeks of when the injury/illness occurred. The credit will be put onto the member’s account to be used towards a future group training or personal training session(s).
  • All group training sessions must have a minimum number of participants to run. If there are not enough participants, a refund will be issued.
  • Payment can be made at the Front Desk or online at Member Login. Member Login must be activated before you can use.
  • Auto-Enroll is available for all group training classes. Members will automatically be enrolled into consecutive group training sessions of their choice. (Registration form must be filled out). Payment will be auto-charged to the member’s account on the 1st of the month prior to the start date of each session. Cancellation can take place at any time by contacting Fitness Director Erin Faught in writing at efaught@princetonclub.net.  Payment will be discontinued after the current session is completed.
  • Group Training rate change effective classes starting on or after January 1, 2019.  With the auto-enroll option, members can save up to 20%. See individual classes for specific pricing.

Join our Transformation Challenge with a small group training class option to find the best results with the guidance of a Personal Trainer and with a community of others like you, trying to lose weight, gain strength and make lifestyle changes.  Learn how to make changes, the importance of gaining muscle and lose the weight and keep it off!  This includes the program and a small group training class.  Discount added for joining multiple classes.
