Are you a handy person or jack-of-all-trades looking for a great part-time, flexible position that allows you to use your skills in a fun and energetic environment? If so, this is the position for you. Looking for individuals to help with maintenance of the building including but not limited to maintenance of the machines, floors, building and grounds. Great for retired people who like to be moving and have a flexible job or anyone who has a good skillset or a good ability to learn. Can adapt to day time or night time hours.

This position is great for young people looking to get into their first job! Responsibilities include keeping the parking lot clean, watering flowers and plants all summer, weeding plant beds and some indoor work (such as towels, etc) for bad weather days. The position is very flexible and can start as early as age 14. Great for kids that would like summer employment. Includes a free membership for qualified hours and can lead to indoor Facilities positions in the Fall.
Looking for organized, active, outgoing counselors to lead a group of campers (ages 5-12) in fun summer activities! Responsibilities include : creating daily plans including theme related games and activities, ensuring a safe environment, and adhering to camp and company policies and procedures. Princeton Club Summer Camp 2026 dates : June 15th – August 28th, Monday – Fridays, hours vary 7am – 6pm, 30-35 hrs / week
Requirements : Must be 18 years old by June 1st, available for training June 8th – 12th in the evenings
CPR/First Aid certified – if not currently certified, onsite certification class provided

Looking for a Personal Trainer who is personable and driven to help work with clients to meet their goals and needs for their fitness journey. May work one-on-one or in small group settings. You must have a flexible schedule with some evening hours available between the hours of 4pm and 8pm, some mornings starting at 5am and Saturdays. At the Princeton Club, we work towards #ForABetterTomorrow and looking for individuals that will fill that philosophy.
JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Personal Trainer will work under the Fitness Director. The Personal Trainer will assess clients and provide an appropriate and safe exercise program to fit their individual needs. They also need to meet appropriate revenue goals per month. May also teach small group to large group classes. Customer service is a top priority. Looking for friendly and motivated individuals who love working in a fast paced environment at our outdoor pool. Position includes serving food and drinks, POS, grill, opening, closing and cleaning areas. No experience required but must be friendly, great with people and be able to multitask. Must also be independent, organized, outgoing and deliver a great experience for our members. Must be willing to work days, nights and weekends and must secure bartender’s license before start of season (reimbursed as long as you finish the season). Great position for college students, high school graduates, or anyone looking for a great summer job!

Lead Positions for this role are also available and would include an elevated position of responsibilty with some leadership responsibilities. Great for college students seeking internship experience or anyone with great leadership traits. Must be available 30-40 hours/week. Available ideally May 15th – Labor Day.

Looking for people with an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail to work various shifts. All positions are part-time with very flexible scheduling. Some include vacuuming, mopping, and similar cleaning duties around the Club, while others for light cleaning and towel service, or mid-day locker room cleaning.
Openings for female and male workers towels/cleaners part-time 1st and 2nd shifts / weekdays and weekends.
Must be 17 years of age or older.
