Megan has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2016, but has been an athlete all her life. Playing basketball and volleyball, running cross country, and being a track and field athlete has allowed Megan to maintain her health and fitness into adulthood. Coaching high school and college-age athletes in their respective sports for over ten years, as well as their strength and conditioning, has fueled Megan’s desire to help individuals of all ages lead healthier, more active lives. She loves teaching people at any age that they can lift heavy and seeing them succeed. In her free time, Megan trains for the annual Fight for Air Climb, has completed five Tough Mudders, 5k race/runs, cheers on the Green Bay Packers, and spends time with her husband and daughter.
