Melissa was a collegiate level softball player and has also coached club level teams since 2012. She was an integral part of the strength and conditioning programs for these teams as well and her passion for fitness began with her love for the game. Melissa’s mission is to help people live balanced and healthy lives that encompass all areas of wellness, for anyone, at any age. She is very passionate about introducing fitness to newcomers and also helping those who have been in the fitness setting, to push themselves to new limits and progress their abilities. Melissa teaches many different types of group exercise classes such as strength and conditioning, Piyo, HIIT and cycle. Her love for softball extends to watching Brewer games and doing anything that involves sports. She also enjoys spending time with her three children, her husband and their dog, Bucky. Melissa will be eager to help you achieve your goals, whether they be general fitness, weight loss or even coming back from an injury to help you live your best life.
